PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
road, from and after the 26th day of July 1979.

1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed
and Vested, and Road Closed and Incorporated in Adjoining
Crown Leases in Block V, Tautane Survey District, Danne-
virke County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
notice dated the 15th day of March 1979, and published in
New Zealand Gazette, No. 38, 10 May 1979, on p. 1454,
proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested, and road
closed and incorporated in adjoining Crown leases in Block
V, Tautane Survey District, Dannevirke County, by omitting
the words “coloured green on plan S.O. 3391” as they appear
in the Second Schedule in the description of the land
adjoining or passing through the area of road containing
7.5 perches (189 square metres), and substituting the words
“coloured green on plan S.O. 3392”.

Clive Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
notice dated the 6th day of April 1979, and published in
New Zealand Gazette, No. 42, 17 May 1979, on p. 1539,
proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested, and land
taken and vested in Block V, Clive Survey District, Hawke’s
Bay County, by omitting the words “Deeds Plan 622” as they
appear in the Second Schedule in the description of the land
adjoining the area of road containing 149 square metres and
substituting the words “Deeds Plan 662”.
