Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 4th day of July 1979, presented to the said Court by ATLANTIC AND PACIFIC TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL LIMITED; and that the said petition is to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington, on the 22nd day of August 1979, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulation charge for the same.

WHANGAREI CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928
Notice is hereby given that the Whangarei City Council proposes to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, the land described in the Schedule hereto, for the purpose of improving the Raumanga Stream, this work being part of the Whangarei Flood Prevention scheme; notice is further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the said Council situated in Bank Street, Whangarei, and is there available for public inspection without fee by all persons during office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said work or by the taking of the said land must have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Appeal Board. If any objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF A PRIVATE BILL
THE EDEN PARK TRUST AMENDMENT ACT 1979
IN the matter of the Standing Orders of the House of Representatives relating to private bills, and in the matter of a private bill intituled “The Eden Park Trust Amendment Act 1979”:
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Standing Order 281 of the House of Representatives that the Eden Park Trust Board, a body duly incorporated under the Eden Park Trust Act 1955, intends to present a petition to the House of Representatives Assembled for the passing of the above-mentioned bill.
The object of the bill is to empower the Board to acquire and hold liquor licences under the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 for the purposes of enabling the Board to legally dispense liquor at the park whilst cricket matches are in progress in order to give better control over the consumption of alcohol within the confines of the park and in order to avoid disruption of games and discomfort of other spectators and to alleviate the nuisance caused to adjoining owners to the park.
The promoter of the bill is the Eden Park Trust Board whose address for service of notices and communications is at the offices of its duly appointed solicitors, Messrs Snedden Anderson and Co., Third Floor, Campbells Building, 16 Vulcan Lane, Auckland, where a copy of the bill may be inspected.
Printed copies of the bill will be deposited in the Private Bill Office, Parliament Buildings, Wellington, on or before the 12th day of July 1979.
