PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for Maori housing purposes, from and after the 19th day of July 1979.

Amending a Notice Setting Apart for Maori Housing Purposes Land Held for State Housing Purposes in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 24th day of January 1979, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 14, of 22 February 1979, at p. 381, by inserting after the words “Maori housing purposes” and before the words “from and after the 22nd day of February 1979” the words “subject as to Lot 20, D.P. 41238, to the fencing covenant contained in Deed No. 184428.5 and, as to Lot 31, D.P. 41238, to the stormwater and sewage drainage rights created by Transfer 184428.3” and also by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
