Appointment of Examiner under the Shipping and Seamen Act 1952

Pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Transport under the Ministry of Transport Act 1968,
Robert Hamilton Williams
is hereby
(1) appointed to be the examiner for the purposes of granting:
(a) Certificates of competency as boatmaster;
(b) Certificates of competency as inshore fishing skipper;
(c) Certificates of competency as master, restricted limits launch; and
(d) Local launchman's licences,
in terms of section 20 of the Shipping and Seamen Act 1952, with effect from the date hereof; and
(2) appointed to be examiner of applicants in sight tests in terms of section 21 of the Shipping and Seamen Act 1952, with effect from the date hereof.
