NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 25th day of May 1979, presented to the said Court by CLAUDE NEON LIGHTS OF NEW ZEALAND LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 181 Wakefield Street, Wellington, carrying on business as an electric lighting manufacturer and the said petition is directed to be heard before the said Court sitting at Dunedin on the 18th day of July 1979, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956, and the Public Works Act 1928:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Thames-Coromandel District Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work namely to lay out and construct a road on that area of land known as Old Hauraki Road, Coromandel, commencing from Wharf Road, Coromandel, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the First Schedule are required to be taken and take for severance that portion of land adjoining Old Hauraki Road, Coromandel, set out in the Second Schedule hereto, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the general manager to the said Council situate in Mary Street, Thames, and are open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of the notice to the Secretary, Town and Country Planning Appeal Boards, Tribunal Division, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any such objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Ltd., has made an application to the Minister of Energy for a pipeline authorisation to convey natural gas by pipeline from an offtake station adjacent to the Kapuni-Wellington pipeline on Kuku Beach Road, Kuku, to a number of metering and pressure regulating facilities in the Horowhenua County.
