IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1955, AND IN THE MATTER OF TAUPŌ MARINE SERVICES LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of R. H. Le Pine and Co., solicitors, Taupo, and carrying on business there as a marina operator:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 24th day of May 1979, presented to the said Court by the INLAND REVENUE DEPARTMENT, at Wellington, and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Rotorua, on the 31st day of July 1979, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1955, AND IN THE MATTER OF THE HUTT VALLEY ASSOCIATED CHEMISTS LIMITED a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at Lower Hutt and carrying on business as an urgent pharmacist:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 25th day of May 1979, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company by reducing the balance in the share premium account from Six Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety Dollars ($6,390.00) to Thirty Six Dollars Fifty Cents ($36.50) and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 2nd day of July 1979.
The minute is in the words and figures following—
“That the authorised capital of The Hutt Valley Associated Chemists Limited is unchanged at two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) divided into two hundred (200) ordinary shares of ten dollars ($10.00) each. That the capital of The Hutt Valley Associated Chemists Limited contained in the share premium account is thirty six dollars fifty cents ($36.50) having been reduced from six thousand three hundred and ninety dollars ($6,390.00).”
