(4) Impediments: What are the impediments to development, financial, economic, social, technological, and manpower? What is required to stimulate development? What type of long term action by industry itself and the Government should be considered?
(5) Indigenous raw materials: Should a policy preference be given to products incorporating indigenous raw materials?
(6) Environmental controls: What have been and are expected to be the effects of environmental controls?
(7) Tariff structure: Should the classification variations from the Brussels Tariff Nomenclature be retained, amended, or removed?
(8) What should be the attitude towards the importation of finished goods where the cost of their imported raw materials is greater?
(9) Are the present methods of distribution satisfactory?
(10) For goods of 60.05 and 62.03 only should there be a special policy relating to the packaging of primary products for export?
