To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Saturday—Opening at 10 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Auckland Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee, on 29 June 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Kaipara Tavern, Helensville.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) For the period from the 1st day of October to the 30th day of April inclusive in each year, On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve) and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.
(d) For the period from the 1st day of May to the 30th day of September inclusive in each year—On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the East Coast Licensing Committee, on 21 June 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Masonic Hotel.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.
(d) Adequate food must be provided from 9 o’clock in the evening when the premises are open for more than 11 hours.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Hawke’s Bay Licensing Committee on 15 June 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Criterion Hotel.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday and Tuesday between the 1st day of April and the 30th day of September of each year—Opening the public bar at 9 o’clock in the morning and closing at 8 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On every other Monday and Tuesday between the 1st day of October and the 31st day of March of each year—Opening the public bar at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any Wednesday and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(d) On any Friday, Saturday, and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(e) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve) and on Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
