Appointment of the Kawerau Borough Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Kawerau Borough Council to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose (off-street parking).

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—KAWERAU BOROUGH

604 square metres, more or less, being Lot 7, D.P. S. 4258, being part Allotment 315, Matata Parish, situated in Block XIII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazettes, 1955, p. 1811; and 1956, p. 390. Subject to easement created by S. 413648.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purposes (road) over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—UPPER HUTT CITY

227 square metres, more or less, being Lot 45, D.P. 27410, situated in Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District. Vested in Her Majesty the Queen as road reserve pursuant to section 35 (3) of the Counties Amendment Act 1961.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve for recreation purposes, described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—HUTT COUNTY

First Schedule

81 square metres, more or less, being Section 108, Wainuiomata District, situated in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District. Part C.T. 631/39. Subject to a building line restriction imposed by section 17 of the Land Act 1924 (K. 24640).

Second Schedule

90 square metres, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 48941, situated in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District. Part C.T. 631/39.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Northland Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Northland Licensing Committee, on 20 June 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Kaitaia Hotel.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Saturday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—Opening at 10 o'clock in the morning and closing at 9 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(d) On any New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday and Tuesday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—Opening at 9 o'clock in the morning and closing at 8 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Wednesday and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On any Friday and Saturday (not being New Year's Eve) and on Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(d) On New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.
