Sale of Land by Northland Harbour Board Pursuant to Section 143A of the Harbours Act 1950

I, Colin Campbell Alexander McLachlan, Minister of Transport, pursuant to the power vested in me by Sections 143A and 143C of the Harbours Act 1950, do hereby specifically approve the sale by private treaty of the land vested in the Northland Harbour Board as described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the condition that the harbour board apply the proceeds from the sale approved hereunder for harbour works or improvement of Endowment land remaining vested in the harbour board and I specify that my approval hereunder is effective, from the 19th day of June 1979.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing 58 square metres, more or less, situated in the Borough of Whangarei, being Lot “F” of Section 3, as shown on Deposited Plan 49300, and S.O. Plan 42565, being part of the Northland Harbour Board Endowment land and forming part of the land described in the certificate of title 241/211, North Auckland Land Registry.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 4) 1979

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 4) 1979.

(b) This notice shall come into force on 1 July 1979.

2. Goods of the class specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff item in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of Australia, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.
