Declaring Land Taken for a State Primary School in the Borough of Inglewood

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school, from and after the 12th day of July 1979.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1.3152 hectares, situated in the Borough of Inglewood, being Lot 1, D.P. 1798, being Section 108, Moa District. All certificate of title No. C1/1059.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Certain Rights, for a State Primary School in the City of Napier

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is hereby taken for a State primary school, subject to the fencing covenants contained in deed 56278 and transfers 84936, 80129, and 134212, the drainage rights over part granted by transfer 70542, the water and pipeline rights over parts granted in transfers 121394, 134212 and an unregistered agreement as to fencing dated the 21st day of February 1979 and described in the Second Schedule hereto, between Her Majesty the Queen and Prestige Homes Corporation Ltd, at Wellington, from and after the 12th day of July 1979.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3986 square metres, being part Lot 1, D.P. 9446, and part Lot 2, D.P. 13947, situated in Block VII, Heretaunga Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 7554, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier, and thereon marked ‘A’.

SECOND SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

PRESTIGE Homes Corporation Limited at Wellington shall not be called upon to contribute towards the cost of erection or maintenance of any fence between the land described in the First Schedule hereto and any adjoining land the property of or occupied by the said Prestige Homes Corporation Limited, but this proviso shall not enure to the benefit of any subsequent purchaser of any such adjoining land.
