PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto held from the Cromwell Borough Council by William Henry Perriam, under and by virtue of lease No. 451831, are hereby taken for the generation of electricity, from and after the 12th day of July 1979.
