therein as part of the land in Rangiruru 2A14 Block.

199.8 That part of Rangiruru 1A3A (Roadway), situated in
Block III, Maketu Survey District, shown coloured
sepia on S.O. Plan 43288 and described therein as
part of the land in Rangiruru 1A Block.

35.4 That part of Rangiruru 2A1B2B1 Block, situated in
Block III, Maketu Survey District, shown coloured
blue on S.O. Plan 43289 and described therein as
part of the land in Rangiruru 2A1 Block.

The above described lands adjoin Rangiruru Road. The area
described in S.O. Plan 43289 is approximately 200 metres
north of the junction of Malcolm Avenue. The areas described
in S.O. Plan 43288 are approximately 320 metres south of the
junction of Brown Road.

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1968:

TAKE notice that the Dannevirke Borough Council proposes
to take certain land for a public works namely for a road
under the Public Works Act 1928. The land proposed to be
taken has a total area of 561 square metres and is described as
Lots 13 and 14, Deposited Plan 9454. The land in question
is bounded by McCallum Street on the north and by Miller
Street on the east. The land in question is part of the land
presently described in certificate of title A4/743 (Hawke’s
Bay Registry). A plan showing the land required to be taken
together with the names of the owner and charge holders of
such land (so far as they can be ascertained) is deposited
at the offices of the Dannevirke Borough Council which is
situated at the Town Hall, High Street, Dannevirke, and may
be inspected there without charge by all persons at any time
between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Mondays to Fridays
inclusive.

Every person directly affected by the taking of this land
may set-forth in writing any objection he may wish to make
to the taking of the land (not being an objection to the
amount or payment of compensation). Such written objections
must be lodged with the Town and Country Planning Appeal
Board, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Private Bag,
Wellington within 30 days after the first publication of this
notice. If any objection is made then a public hearing of the
objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires.
Each objector will be advised of the time and place of such
hearing. If no objections are received within 30 days of the
first publication of this notice then the Dannevirke Borough
Council may proceed to take the land in accordance with the
provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 without further
notice.
