In the case of any meat to which this notice applies which, in accordance with the customary practice within the trade, is offered or exposed for sale otherwise than by the joint or cut, the retailer shall keep in a prominent position in such proximity to the meat to which it relates as to be obviously in relation thereto a ticket, placard, or label showing in legible and prominent characters the retail price per kilogram.

In any case where meat to which this notice applies is not readily identifiable with the description thereof set out in the price list displayed, the retailer shall keep in a prominent position in such proximity to the meat to which it relates as to be obviously in relation thereto, a ticket, placard, or label giving a description so that it is readily identifiable with the description set out in the price list.

The Control of Prices (Ticketing of Meat) Notice 1974* is hereby revoked.

Taupo Borough Council Electric Lines Licence 1979
PURSUANT to section 20 of the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Energy licences the Taupo Borough Council to lay, construct, put up, place, and use electric lines for the transmission and supply of electricity within the Taupo Borough Council Areas of Supply described in the Schedule hereto.
This licence is issued subject to the following conditions:
CONDITIONS

This licence may be cited as the Taupo Borough Council Electric Lines Licence 1979.

The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence, except insofar as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licencee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor, except insofar as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f) and (i) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976. The system of supply authorised under paragraph (i) aforesaid shall be a single-conductor earth-return system of 11000 volts between conductor and earth, and the use thereof shall be subject to such terms and conditions as are from time to time laid down by the General Manager of the Electricity Division of the Ministry of Energy.

This licence shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1979 and shall continue in force for a period of 1 year from that date unless it is sooner lawfully determined.
SCHEDULE
AREAS OF SUPPLY

The Town District of Taupo as constituted on the 3rd day of March 1952, and Blocks II, IV, and V, Tuhingamata East Survey District, Blocks XIII, XIV, and XV, Tauta Survey District, Blocks I, II, III, V, VI, VII, X, XI, XII, XIV, and XV, Tauhara Survey District, Blocks I, II, and III, Waitahanui Survey District, and those portions of Blocks V, VI, and VII, Waitahanui Survey District, which are north of an east-west line drawn 300 chains south of the northern boundary of the Waitahanui Survey District, all in the county of Taupo.

All that area in the South Auckland Land District, being portions of the Taupo and Rotorua Counties, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the northern shores of Lake Taupo, such point being also the southernmost extremity of the north-western boundary of Block II, Tuhingamata East Survey District; thence north-easterly along the said north-western boundary to the northern boundary of Block II, aforesaid; thence easterly along the said northern boundary and the northern boundaries of Blocks XII, XIV, and XV, Tauta Survey District, to the eastern boundary of the last-mentioned block; thence southerly along the said eastern boundary and the eastern boundary of Block III, Tauhara Survey District, to a point being the intersection of the last-mentioned boundary with a straight line between Trig. 42 Tauhara, in Block III, Tauhara Survey District, aforesaid, and Trig. F. Tiritini in Block III, Hereuwi Survey District; thence easterly along the said straight line to the north-western boundary of State forest reserve in Block II, Otukotara Survey District; thence north-easterly along the said north-western boundary to and along the eastern boundary of the Rotorua County as defined in Gazette, No. 23, of April 1950, at p. 471, to the northern boundary of Block XI, Takapau Survey District; thence westerly along the northern boundaries of Blocks XI, X, and IX, Takapau Survey District, to the western boundary of the Rotorua County as hereinbefore described being the middle of the Waikato River; thence south-westerly generally up the middle of the said river to the eastern boundary of Block XII, Tauta Survey District; thence northerly along the eastern boundaries of Blocks XII and VIII, Tauta Survey District, to a point due east from the confluence of the Kowaimoku and Otawheta Streams; thence due west in a north-westerly direction along the south-western boundary of Tahonakuri No. 3 Block to the south-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block VI, Tauta Survey District; thence south-westerly, north-westerly, and north-easterly along the south-eastern, south-western, and north-western boundaries of the said Section 1 to the western boundary of part Te Hukui North Block; thence northerly along the said western boundary to the south-western boundary of Tutukau East B6 Block; thence north-westerly along the said south-western boundary to the western boundary of Tutukau West D Block; thence northerly along the said western boundary to the south-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 16198; thence north-westerly along the said south-western boundary to the eastern boundary of part Tauta East No. 3 Block; thence northerly along the said eastern boundary to the southern boundary of Tauta East No. 2 Block; thence westerly along the said southern boundary and that boundary produced to the western side of the Waitoa-Taupo Main Highway; thence northerly along the western side of the said highway to the southern boundary of Block XI, Te Atiamuri Survey District; thence westerly along the said southern boundary and the southern boundaries of Blocks X and IX, Te Atiamuri Survey District, to the western boundary of Tauta West Block; thence southerly generally along the said western boundary and the southern boundary and the northern shores of Lake Taupo; thence south-easterly and southerly generally along the northern shores of Lake Taupo to the southernmost extremity of the north-western boundary of Block II, Tuhingamata East Survey District, being the point of commencement.

All that area in the South Auckland Land District, County of Taupo, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle line of the Waikato River with the southern boundary of Block V, Takapau Survey District, and proceeding generally south-westerly up the middle of that river to its intersection with the eastern boundary of Block XII, Tauta Survey District; thence northerly along that eastern boundary and easterly along the southern boundary of Block V, Takapau Survey District, to the point of commencement.

An additional line being a line for the transmission and supply of electrical energy commencing at the existing line from Kaimanawa Road to Waikato River and proceeding thence in a generally north-easterly direction along a road and thence in a south-easterly direction as the said line is shown by means of a red line on the plan marked NZE 725 deposited in the office of the Electricity Division of the Ministry of Energy at Wellington.

All that area in the South Auckland Land District, Taupo County, bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 44, Motukino, in Block XII, Tauhara Survey District, and proceeding north-westerly along the south-western boundary of part Tauhara Middle 4A2 to the western boundary of Block XII, aforesaid; thence northerly along that boundary and the western boundaries of Block VIII and IV, Tauhara Survey District, to a point due west of Trig. Station F, Tiritini, in Block III, Hereuwi Survey District; thence due easterly to the generally north-western boundary of part Kaingaroa No. 2 (State forest, Gazette, 1930, p. 2639), in Block II, Otukotara Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along that boundary, the generally north-western boundaries of part Tauhara Middle Block (State forest, Gazette, 1931, p. 3412), and Section 6, Block XII, Tauhara Survey District (State forest, Gazette, 1961, p. 179), along a right line to and along the north-western boundary of part Tauhara Middle No. 4 to the point of commencement.
