for a term expiring on 31 March 1982; and

for a term expiring on 31 March 1982.

Notice of Intention to Take an Easement over Land for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Blocks II and III, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the easement described in the First Schedule hereto for soil conservation and river control purposes over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, such easement to be used for flood control purposes: and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land over which the easement is required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Rangiriri and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said easement should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said easement not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Planning Tribunal at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
