Land Taken for Road Improvement in the Borough of One Tree Hill

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road improvement and shall vest in the Auckland Regional Authority as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of June 1979.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of One Tree Hill, described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 207 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the course of the Saltwater Creek shall be altered or diverted within the area of land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that piece of land containing 1525 square metres, situated in Block XV, Greymouth Survey District, being Lot 1, D.P. 1324. All certificate of title 3C/935.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of May 1979.
