PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the easement described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sanitary works over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and shall vest in the Foxton Borough Council, from and after the 21st day of June 1979.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, in Block XVI, Waimata Survey District, Cook County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Cook County Council, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and, when so closed, shall vest in Margaret Anne Philomena Hegarty, of Gisborne, married woman, and Graham Kirk Vette, of Gisborne, chartered accountant, subject to Mortgages 80052, 102011, and 123672.2, Gisborne Land Registry.

Declaring Road to be a Government Road and Stopped and to be Crown Land in Block VII, Mahurangi Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) Stops the said road;

and, further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 21st day of June 1979.
