Appointment of the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to Control and Manage Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to control and manage the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as reserves for the purposes set out in the Schedule hereto.
