Land Proclaimed as Road in Block IX, Maungatautari Survey District, Waipa County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Waipa County Council.

Declaring Road in Blocks VI and X, Paeroa Survey District, Rotorua County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) Stops the said road.

Declaring Land Taken for Road and in Connection With Road Extension in the City of Lower Hutt

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with road extension, and shall vest in the Lower Hutt City Council, from and after the 7th day of June 1979.
