Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Blocks XI and XVI, Oteramika Hundred, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of May 1978 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 53, 15 June 1978, p. 1663, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested, and land taken and vested in Blocks XI and XVI, Oteramika Hundred, Southland County, by omitting the Third Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.

THIRD SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken and Vested

ALL that piece of land containing 1394 square metres, situated in Block XVI, Oteramika Hundred, being part Lot 1, D.P. 2326, and part Section 4; as shown on plan S.O. 8452, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill, and thereon coloured orange, edged orange.

Declaring Land Taken for Road Improvement in the Borough of One Tree Hill

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road improvement, from and after the 7th day of June 1979.

Road Closed and Vested in Block II, Mangamuka Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the First, Second, and Third Schedules hereto, and declares that the road described in the First Schedule hereto, shall, when so closed, vest in Gary Wayne Gray, of Tutekheua, farmer, subject to mortgage No. A481044, North Auckland Land Registry, and also declares that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall, when so closed, vest in Edward John Julian, of Tutekheua, farmer, subject to mortgages No. 449890, 475644, and 449891, North Auckland Land Registry, and also hereby declares that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto, shall, when so closed, vest in Herbert Julian Curreen, of Tutekheua, farmer, subject to mortgages No. A81779 and 306191.3, North Auckland Land Registry.
