Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975, in Block III, Moutere Survey District, Horowhenua County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing covenant contained in Transfer 124830.1, for the purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975, and shall vest in the New Zealand Fire Service Commission, from and after the 31st day of May 1979.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, Road Closed and Incorporated in an Adjoining Crown Lease and Land Taken and Vested in Block VIII, Tahoraiti Survey District, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby declares that the road described in the Second Schedule is hereby closed and hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and hereby declares that the road firstly described in the said Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, and the land firstly described in the said Third Schedule hereto, shall vest in Hamish Dugald McGibbon of Waitahora, farmer, and Ian McGibbon of Waitahora, farmer, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to Mortgage 186877, 324149.2, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and also hereby declares that the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall vest in Keith Neil Lambert of Mangatoro, farmer, subject to Mortgage 186877, and also hereby declares that the road thirdly and fourthly described in the said Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall vest in Thomas Philip Blyth of Dannevirke, farmer, Brian McLennan Harvey of Wanstead, farmer, and Douglas Ian Crawford of Hastings, chartered accountant, and also hereby declares that the road fifthly and sixthly described in the said Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, and the land secondly described in the said Third Schedule, shall be incorporated in Crown lease in perpetuity No. 436, recorded in register book Volume 98, folio 167, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Francis George Brian Lys of Dannevirke, farmer, subject to Statutory Land Charge 332099.1.
