IN THE MATTER OF the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER OF W. F. R. WATSON TRANSPORT LIMITED:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 27th day of April 1979, presented to the said Court by D. G. GRIFFITHS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 1 Ratanui Street, Henderson, and carrying on business as a carrier; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland, on the 6th day of June 1979, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

MONDAY, THE 5TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 1979 BEFORE THE HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE BAIN
Upon reading the notice of motion of Anthony Dibley, the liquidator of the above-named applicant company, dated the 31st day of January 1978, and the affidavits of Anthony Dibley and David Robert Miles, filed herein, and the consent of the Solicitor-General filed herein hereby orders: that the name of the GRAHAM AND DORR LIMITED (in liquidation), be restored by the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton to the Register of Companies at Hamilton; and that the costs of and incidental to the said notice of motion and this order be paid out of the assets of the said company; and that the said company and all other persons be placed in the same position as nearly as may be as if the name of the said company had never been struck off the Register and for such purpose the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton is hereby directed to publish in his official name in the New Zealand Gazette, forthwith a copy of this order; and that the costs of and incidental to this matter be fixed at $100 together with disbursements as fixed by the Registrar.
