OF LION CLOTHING COMPANY LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at Auckland:
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand, Auckland Registry, dated the 9th day of
May 1979, confirming the reduction of the capital of the
above-named company from $346,000 to $3,460 and the
minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the
capital of the company as altered the several particulars
required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered with the
Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 16th day of May
1979. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
The capital of LION CLOTHING COMPANY LIMITED hence-
forth is $3,460 divided into 346,000 shares of one cent
each instead of $346,000 divided into 346,000 shares of $1
each. At the date of registration of this minute the full
sum of one cent has been and is deemed to be paid up
on each of the aforementioned 346,000 shares.
