Declaring Land Acquired for a Local Work to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

Amending a Proclamation Revoking Portion of a Proclamation Taking Land for Works, Appliances, and Conveniences Necessary, Directly or Indirectly for the Generation of Electricity in the Borough of Cromwell and the County of Vincent

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 22nd day of November 1978, published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 1, 11 January 1979, p. 1, revoking portion of a Proclamation taking land for works, appliances, and conveniences necessary, directly or indirectly, for the generation of electricity in the Borough of Cromwell and the County of Vincent, by omitting the Schedule, and substituting the following Schedule.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in the Town of Cromwell, containing 4048 square metres, being Sections 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block LXXI. Part certificate of title, No. 5B/652.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 19th day of December 1978, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 7, 1 February 1979, p. 196, taking land for road in Block XI, Maungatautari Survey District, Waipa County, by omitting the piece of land being part Section 29, Tautari Settlement, containing 113 square metres forthly described in the Schedule thereto, and substituting the following Schedule.
