Maori Land Development Notice

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1979, No. 7.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 2128, Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 4.0476 hectares or thereabouts, situated north of and adjoining Middle Island Road in Blocks II and III of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1, D.P. 33352. C.T. 16A/1175 (Canterbury Registry).

This land was previously scheduled (b) (iv) in notice No. 1924, dated 13 April 1978.

This notice to be read together with notice No. 1924.

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 2132, Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 13.6250 hectares or thereabouts, situated south of Prestons Road in Block VIII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 2, D.P. 27786, part of Rural Sections 1682 and 1778. C.T. 9K/366 (Canterbury Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—

(i) An area of 40 acres 2 roods 7 perches or thereabouts, situated south of Johns Road and being the Lots 3, 4, 12, 13, and 14, D.P. 351. C.T. 59/138 (Canterbury Registry).

(ii) An area of 13.0511 hectares or thereabouts, situated south of Prestons Road in Block VIII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 2, D.P. 9663, part of Rural Section 1778. C.T. 425/217 (Canterbury Registry).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 1.0117 hectares or thereabouts, situated north east of Sawyers Arms Road and being part of Rural Section marked 529. C.T. 89/218 (Canterbury Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—

(i) An area of 3.3690 hectares or thereabouts, situated east of Gardners Road in Block VI of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Rural Section 529, described in conveyances Registered No. 120603 (193/269). C.T. 390/213 (Canterbury Registry).

(ii) An area of 2.0234 hectares or thereabouts, situated on the north-eastern corner of Gardners and Sawyers Arms Roads in Block VI of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Rural Section 529, described in conveyances Registered No. 112467 (180/59) and 118045 (189/225).
