To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Club—Auckland Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee, on 27 April 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club known as the Waiuku Cosmopolitan Club.

To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to their members the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Ashburton Licensing Trust

PURSUANT to section 34B (10) of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, as amended by section 14 of the Licensing Trust Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Ashburton Licensing Trust applied for orders which were granted at the Magistrate’s Court at Ashburton on 10 April 1979, which authorised variations of the usual hours for the sale of liquor to the public, and further authorised the following hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Hotel Ashburton.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
