  1. The Notice dated the 11th day of December 1964†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated within Coromandel County at Whitianga, is hereby revoked.

  2. The Notice dated the 19th day of December 1966‡, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated within Coromandel County and within Coromandel County at Whitianga, is hereby revoked.

No. 25 State Highway (Pipiroa-Waihi via Coromandel): from a point 320 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said highway from Eyre Street to a point 420 metres measured southerly and westerly, generally, along the said highway from White Street.

The Traffic (Manukau City - Mangere/Otara Wards) Notice No. 1, 1979

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Manukau City - Mangere/Otara Wards) Notice No. 1, 1979.

  2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

  3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

  4. The Traffic (Manukau City - Mangere/Otara Wards) Notice 1977, dated the 25th day of August 1977†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 of the Traffic Regulations 1976, which relates to roads situated within the Mangere and Otara Wards of Manukau City, is hereby revoked.

SITUATED within the Mangere and Otara wards of Manukau City:

No. 20 State Highway (Onehunga-Redoubt Road via Papatoetoe): from Vaiant Street to George Bolt Memorial Drive.
