Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block X, Awhitu Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Franklin County Council; and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Alan Thomas Smalley, of Waiuku, farmer, and Jill Patricia Smalley, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares.

Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve Board

We hereby certify that the following resolution was passed by the Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve Board on 11 December 1978.

That the following bylaw be adopted.

No person shall ride any animal or drive any vehicle (whether propelled by mechanical power or not) within the camping ground in excess of 10 kilometres per hour.
