A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Waipa County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of January 1979.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of Egmont National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered and dealt with by the Egmont National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.
