In the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 105, 7 December 1978, p. 3364, under “SECOND SCHEDULE”, after “Parrs Cross Road”, add “Puketaha Road”.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Waipa County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of January 1979.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Hamilton Survey District, described as follows:

All that piece of land containing 1 acre and 23.3 perches, situated in Block VI, Coromandel Survey District, being part Allotment 3, Parish of Kapanga; as shown on plan S.O. 44587, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of November 1978.
