National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 1, Woodlands to Invercargill section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plan M.O.W. 20321, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Invercargill, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 April 1979, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 20 April 1966*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the northern side commencing at the point of junction of the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 3135 (C.T. 144/187), with the road reserve and extending westward for a distance of 20 metres along the frontage of the said Lot 1.

REFERRING to State Highway No. 3, Norfolk Road to Midhurst section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan L.A. 42/30/1, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 April 1979, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 22 June 1977*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the western side commencing at the point of junction of the northern boundary of part Section 23, Manganiui District (C.T. A1/912), with the road reserve and extending 100 metres southwards from that point.

E1/936), with the road reserve and extending southwards for 60 metres.
