Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation over the lands, described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—MASTERTON COUNTY
961 square metres, more or less, being Section 948, Whareama District, situated in Block XII, Mangapakeha Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1953, p. 1317. S.O. Plan 22812. Local purpose (general education) reserve.
549 square metres, more or less, being Section 955, Whareama District, situated in Block XII, Mangapakeha Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1955, p. 1627. S.O. Plan 23373. Local purpose (general education) reserve.

Appointment of the Thames-Coromandel District Council to Control and Manage a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Thames-Coromandel District Council to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose (roadside rest area).

Appointment of the Waiotemarama School Grounds Committee to Control and Manage a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey, hereby appoints the Waiotemarama School Grounds Committee to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Taranaki Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, on 30 March 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises shown in the Schedule below.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve), and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

(b) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening, such extension of hours applies in respect of the public bar and the Pickwick Lounge Bar.
