Cancellation of the Vesting in the Dunedin City Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and how Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Dunedin City Council and revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purpose (quarry), described in the Schedule hereto, such land to remain subject to lease Nos. 10814, 482821, 486788, and 486789, and further, declares that the said land may be leased or sold by the Dunedin City Council on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such leasing or sale to be paid into the council's general account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
