Industries Development Commission Notice No. 1979/8—
Inquiry Concerning the New Zealand Industries Engaged in
the Painting of Steel Sheet or Strip of Tariff Headings
73.12 and 73.13

INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION REPORT No. 8

In the notice with the above heading, published in the New
Zealand Gazette, No. 28, dated 5 April 1979, p. 1045, for
"letter of 20 December 1978" appearing in paragraph 1, line
1, read "letter of 20 December 1976".

CORRIGENDUM

Appointment of Maori Warden Under the Maori Welfare
Act 1962

In the Schedule to the notice published in New Zealand
Gazette, 22 February 1979, No. 14, p. 376, for the words
"Daniel Joseph Tonga, Aotea District Maori Council", read
"Tonga, Daniel Joseph Makawe, Aotea District Maori
Council", which last-mentioned words appear in the original
notice signed by the Minister of Maori Affairs.

CORRIGENDUM

In the notice dated the 5th day of March 1979, published in
the New Zealand Gazette, No. 25, of 29 March 1979, at p. 979,
setting apart Crown land for State housing purposes in
the Borough of Alexandra, pursuant to section 25 of the
Public Works Act 1928, for "Part Gazette Notice 35266" read
"Part Gazette Notice 352366", which last-mentioned expres-
sion appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of
Works and Development.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Local Work to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right
Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto, subject to the drainage easement created in
transfer No. 15055, to be Crown land subject to the Land
Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 17.9 perches, situated in
Block II, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke's Bay County,
Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Lot 7, D.P. 2016, being
part Turamoe No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25695 (S.O. 6134),
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Develop-
ment at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of April 1979.

Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to
be road, and to be vested in the Bay of Islands County
Council.
