Agreement for Grant of Right of Way in Favour of the Wellington Harbour Board Over Land Situated in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington, Held for Buildings of the General Government Assented to
Whereas by declaration dated 2 June 1976, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 10 June 1976, Volume II, at p. 1363, all that land containing 2.5127 hectares, situated in the City of Wellington, described as being part Lot 1, D.P. 3984, part Lot 1, D.P. 9933, part Section 3, Evans Bay District, and part Reserve "A", being all those pieces of land marked "A", "B", "C", "D", "E", and "F", on plan S.O. 30848, and registered as No. 153997, was taken for buildings of the General Government; and whereas the Wellington Harbour Board is entitled to compensation in respect of its interest in the said land; and whereas the Minister of Works and Development agreed to grant to the said Wellington Harbour Board right of way over that part of the land described above containing 0.2704 hectares, marked "F" on plan S.O. 30848, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington in partial satisfaction of the compensation aforesaid; and whereas the Wellington Harbour Board has agreed to accept such a grant of right of way in partial satisfaction of the said compensation.
Now, therefore, the Minister of Works and Development hereby gives notice pursuant to section 97 of the Public Works Act 1928, that he assents to the agreement hereinbefore referred to.

Amending a Declaration Taking Land, Subject as to Part to Certain Easements, for Housing Purposes in the City of Christchurch
Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 9th day of March 1978, published in New Zealand Gazette, 22 March 1978, at p. 655, declaring land taken, subject as to part to certain easements, for housing purposes in the City of Christchurch, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by replacing the words fifthly, sixthly, seventhly, ninthly, and tenthly with the words seventhly, eighthly, ninthly, eleventhly, and twelfthly respectively.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block XIV, Hastings Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District, for Road
Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be used for Waiomu bridge approaches; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Waiomu and there is open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Planning Tribunal at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

All that piece of land containing 225 square metres, situated in Block XIV, Hastings Survey District, being part Waiomu 2B1C2 Block. Part certificate of title, Volume 338, folio 197, South Auckland Land Registry. As shown on plan S.O. 48251, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked "A". The said piece of land is situated at Waiomu adjacent to the Waiomu stream.
