Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, Land Taken in Block II, Aparima Hundred, and Block XVI, Jacobs River Hundred, Wallace County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Wallace County Council, also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the road described in the said Second Schedule, when so closed, and the land described in the said Third Schedule, when so taken, shall vest in Peter Campbell, of Otatau, farmer, subject to mortgage No. 277493.
