The Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Notice 1979

PURSUANT to section 27 (1) of the Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council Act 1976, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council Levy Notice 1979.
The rates of levy payable in accordance with the year ending with 31 March 1980 shall be as follows:

Beer —— 0.21c per litre
Spirit —— 3.78c per proof litre
Fortified Wine —— 1.22c per litre
Unfortified Wine —— 0.74c per litre

Notice of Application Received for an International Air Service Licence

PURSUANT to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Airag Freighters New Zealand Ltd., has applied for an international air service licence to carry on air services for the carriage of freight between New Zealand and points in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and the Pacific region. Full details of the proposals may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.

Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application must forward these representations to me in writing before the 19th day of April 1979.
