PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject as to land firstly described to the fencing agreement contained in Transfer No. 58453 and as to the land secondly described to the fencing agreement contained in Transfer No. 81490, South Auckland Land Registry, for the University of Waikato and a teachers’ college, from and after the 29th day of March 1979.
