Declaring Land and an Easement of Right of Way Over Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block XVIII, Tuahu Survey District, Wairoa County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange, and that an easement of right of way is hereby taken for Her Majesty's servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass and repass with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the said automatic telephone exchange, such easement to be appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule, from and after the 29th day of March 1979.

Amending a Notice Declaring Crown Land Set Apart for a Teacher's Residence in the County of Egmont

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 21st day of August 1978, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 84, 5 October 1978, p. 2712, declaring Crown land set apart for a teacher's residence in the County of Egmont, by the insertion in the body of the notice the words “and together with and subject to the right to drain sewage specified in easement certificate No. 241321” immediately after the words “Certificate No. 243307.1”, and immediately before the words “for a teacher's residence”.
