SPECIAL RESOLUTION FOR VOLUNTARY WINDING UP

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of the Landell Farm Ltd., in voluntary liquidation: member's winding up.

At an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Hamilton on the 16th day of March 1979, the following special resolution was duly passed.

That the company is no longer trading and be wound up voluntarily, and that Maurice Arthur Stevens, chartered accountant, of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.
