LOGAN MANUFACTURING COMPANY LIMITED
RESOLUTION FOR WINDING UP OF THE COMPANY
Resolved this 26th day of March 1979, by means of an entry in the minute book, signed as provided by section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, as an extraordinary resolution.

Resolved

1. That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Mr R. P. Shore, of 72 Trafalgar Street, Nelson, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.

3. Meeting of creditors will be held at 72 Trafalgar Street, Nelson, on the 26th day of March 1976, at 11 a.m.
