ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing 1043 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Hutt River in line with the south-western side of Marine Parade and proceeding northerly up the Wellington-Napier Railway; thence north-westerly along that boundary and the north-eastern boundary of Section 886, Hutt District, in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District, to a point 31 metres south-eastward from the northernmost corner of that section; thence north-easterly along a right line to and along the south-eastern boundary of Section 8, Hutt District (Plan A/2734), to the south-western side of a public street; thence north-westerly along the south-western side of that street to and along a line parallel to and distant 5.02 metres north-eastward of the south-western side of Wakefield Street and its production to the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 20735; thence again north-westerly along a right line to the intersection of the original north-western side of the Main Hutt Road with the production of the north-eastern boundary of Section 4, Hutt District, comprised in C.T. 451/25; thence again north-westerly to and along the last-mentioned boundary to the easternmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 14082; thence again north-westerly and north-easterly along the eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Section 121, Maungaraki Village, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of a public street; thence generally northerly along the middle of that public street to and along the middle of Maungaraki Road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Maungaraki 8A, in Block VIII, Belmont Survey District; thence easterly and north-easterly along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of that section to the westernmost corner of Section 55 Normandale Settlement; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of that section and its production to the middle of the road to a point in line with the south-western boundaries of Lots 40 and 39, D.P. 18067 to the south-western corner of Lot 7, D.P. 34226; thence south-easterly and north-easterly along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Lot 7 aforesaid and south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 6 and 1, D.P. 34226 and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Normandale Road; thence generally north-easterly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the generally northern boundary of Section 45, Normandale Settlement in Block VIII, Belmont Survey District; thence, generally, westerly to and along the generally northern boundary of that section and its production to the middle of Raro Road; thence generally southerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 41, Normandale Settlement; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of that section and the north-eastern boundary of Maungaraki 7 to the northernmost corner of the last-mentioned subdivision; thence, generally, south-westerly along the north-western boundary of Maungaraki 5, 4, 6, and 3, and Section 39, Maungaraki Village, to the northernmost corner of Part Section 78, Hutt District, in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District, comprised in C.T. 15A/129; thence, generally, southerly along the generally eastern boundary of Part Section 73 aforesaid to its southernmost point; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 4739, and Lot 1, D.P. 790, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the generally southern side of the Wairarapa Railway; thence westerly along that boundary to the mean high water mark of Port Nicholson as defined on S.O.
