Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at
Licensed Premises—Auckland Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as
amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amend-
ment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for
Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing
Committee, on 23 February 1979, made an order authorising
variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed
premises known as the Warkworth Hotel, Warkworth.
To the intent that on days other than those on which
licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of
liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and
closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
(not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—
Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at
10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday, Christmas Eve, and New
Year’s Eve—Opening at 10 o’clock in the morning
and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

known as the Onchunga R.S.A. Club Incorporated.
To the intent that on days other than those on which
chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor
to their members the hours for the opening and closing of
the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—
Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at
10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in
the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening
but during the period from 10 o’clock in the evening
to 11 o’clock in the evening the said premises shall
only be open in respect of that part of the premises
known as the “Upper Floor Social Lounge”.

Registration of Industrial Union
PURSUANT to section 193 of the Industrial Relations Act 1973,
it is hereby notified that the registration of the Canterbury
Sauna and Massage Employces Industrial Union of Workers,
registered No. 2275, situated at Trade Union Centre, 199
Armagh Street, Christchurch, will, unless cause to the contrary
is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of 6 weeks from the
date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Boundaries of Lower Hutt City and Petone Borough Defined
PURSUANT to section 48 of the Local Government Act 1974,
the Secretary for Local Government hereby defines as set
out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of Lower Hutt
City and Petone Borough, following the alteration of the
boundaries between those two districts by Order in Council,
made on 7 February 1978, and published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 12, 23 February 1978, p. 371.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF LOWER HUTT CITY
FIRSTLY, all that area in the Wellington Land District con-
taining 8501 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line com-
mencing at the northernmost corner of Maungaraki 7, in
Block VIII, Belmont Survey District, and proceeding,
generally, north-easterly along the generally north-western
boundaries of Sections 41 and 40, Normandale Settlement,
and north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of
Sections 329, 330, 331, 339, 340, and 343, Hutt District, to
the northernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence
south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of the said
Section 343 and its production to the middle of a street;
thence north-easterly along the middle of that street to the
south-western boundary of Section 901, Hutt District; thence
south-easterly along that boundary and the north-eastern
boundary of Section 349, Hutt District, and the production
of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Belmont
Road; thence to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary
of Section 346, Hutt District, in Block III, Belmont Survey
District; thence and along that north-eastern boundary,
the north-eastern boundary of Section 433, Hutt District, and
the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the north-
western boundary of Section 436, Hutt District; thence south-
westerly along the north-western boundary of that section
and its production to the middle of a street intersecting the
