Under “First Schedule”, line 15 (twice), and 16, for “Ingo” read “Inga”, line 24, for “Waion” read “Wairau”, for “Forest” (twice) read “Forrest”, and line 36, for “130” read “180”, for “Merlon” read “Merton”.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Craigieburn State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Craigieburn State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—CANTERBURY CONSERVANCY—MALVERN COUNTY

All of Bealey State Forest being Rural Section 40657 (formerly part Reserve 3286) situated in Blocks XIII, XIV, XV, and XVI, Bealey Survey District, and Blocks I, II, III, and IV, Harper Survey District: area, 2363 hectares, more or less (S.O. plan 13999).

Part of Harper Avoca State Forest being Rural Section 40658 (formerly part Reserve 4761, part Reserve 3287, and part Reserve 4694) situated in Blocks I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, X, and XI Harper Survey District and Block I, Grasmere Survey District: area, 10069 hectares, more or less (S.O. plan 13999).

As shown on plan S. 66/12, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of March 1979.

Land Taken for a Highway Depot in Block VII, Tarawera Survey District, Taupo County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a highway depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 15th day of March 1979.

All those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Tarawera Survey District, described as follows:

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Waipa County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of March 1979.
