Major and Quartermaster Ramon Tinsley, B.E.M., is transferred from the Retired List, on a fixed term engagement of 2 years, in the rank of Captain and Quartermaster, with seniority from 29 October 1976, and effect from 29 October 1979.
The seniority of Lieutenant (temp. Captain) T. Rabbidge is post-dated to 7 November 1977.
