Crown Land Set Apart for a Limited Access Road in Block V, Tarawera Survey District, Rotorua District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of November 1979.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 786 square metres, situated in Block V, Tarawera Survey District, being part Parekarangi A13 Block; as shown on plan S.O. 4%670, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked “A”.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of November 1979.

Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wellington Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—MASTERTON COUNTY
1.7199 hectares, more or less, being Section 4, Block I, Kaiwhata Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette 1923, page 336. S.O. Plan 17584.
