Cancellation of the Vesting in the Wallace County Council
and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Wallace County
Council and revokes the reservation as a reserve for local
purpose (gravel) over the land, described in the Schedule
hereto.

Exemption of Certain Motor Cycles from the Requirements
to be Fitted with Direction Indicator Lamps

PURSUANT to subclause (1) of regulation 90 of the Traffic
Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby

from the requirements of regulation 63 of the said regulations.

Approval of Safety Glass and Conditions Relating Thereto

PURSUANT to regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976*,
the Secretary for Transport hereby approves, for the purpose
of regulation 73 of the said regulations, safety glass of the
make and type described in the Schedule hereto.

Provided that no overlay or treatment which reflects light
from an outside source shall be applied to the safety glass
specified in the Schedule hereto other than along the top
edge of the windscreen for the purpose of reducing sun glare.
This proviso does not apply to the fitting of rear window
electrically heated demister units.

Notice of Approval of Alternative Types of Seat Belts for
Certain Motor Vehicles

NOTICE

PURSUANT to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic
Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby
approves for the purposes of regulation 78 (1a) of the said
regulations (as inserted by regulation 3 (1) of the Traffic
Regulations 1976, Amendment No. 2) the fitting in the
seating positions specified in the Schedule hereto of the
alternative types of seat belts specified in the said Schedule
to the vehicles specified in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE
IN respect of Chrysler Avenger vehicles (with chassis number,
model code prefix BP), two-point lap seat belts of an
approved type for the use of the rear seat passenger nearest
to the left side of the vehicle and the rear seat passenger
nearest the right side of the vehicle.

Approval of Flashing or Revolving Green Light on Department
of Health Vehicle

PURSUANT to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic
Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves
for the purposes of subclause (8) of regulation 67 of the
said regulations the fitting of one flashing or revolving green
light on the vehicle, as described in the Schedule hereto,
for use by the public health nurse while on urgent medical
service only.
