CORRIGENDUM
Amendment to the Second Schedule of the Auckland Agricultural, Pastoral, and Industrial Shows Board Act 1972 (No. 2134, Ag. 1024)

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 79, 23 August 1979, pages 2518, and 2519.

(1) Clause 2 in the substituted clause 10, line 5, between the words “the meeting” and the words “to consider” insert the word “called”.

(2) Clause 24 in the form of the instrument appointing a proxy, between the words “hereby appoint , of ,” and the words “as my proxy” insert “or failing him, , of ,”.

(3) Clause 25 in the form of the instrument appointing a proxy, between the words “hereby appoint , of ,” and the words “as my proxy” insert “or failing him, , of ,”.

Land Taken for Road in Block VII, Waoku Survey District, Hokianga County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of November 1979.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land, together with the benefit of a right of way created by conveyance 322022, described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.

Amending the Order in Council of 23 February 1970 Authorising the Reclamation of 5 Acres, 2 Roods, 38 Perches from the Whangarei Harbour

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175 (4) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council of 23 February 1970, authorising the Northland Harbour Board to reclaim 5 acres, 2 roods, 38 perches (2.3219 hectares) of land from the bed of the Whangarei Harbour*. The said Order in Council is amended to become an Order in Council pursuant to section 175 (3) of the Harbours Act 1950. Provided that the Northland Harbour Board transfer an area of at least 2.3219 hectares of land, within the area shown shaded green on plan M.D.
