Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Wellington Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Bruce James Cameron, Acting Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee, on 12 October 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Family Hotel, Lower Hutt.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Saturday—Opening at 10 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Bruce James Cameron, Acting Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee, on 12 October 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Stokes Valley Motor Inn Ltd., at Stokes Valley.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 10 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening, except where Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee, on 6 October 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Greerton Hotel, Greerton.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve) and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s day.
Subject to the condition that food, tea, and coffee be provided in the public bar during the period that the premises are open for the sale of liquor.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the East Coast Licensing Committee, on 11 October 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Albion Club Hotel Limited, Gisborne.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve) and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s day.
It shall be a condition that if this order that a substantial meal be available from 9 o’clock in the evening on each evening when the premises are open for more than the usual 11 hours on any one day.
The above order shall apply only to the bar on the premises known as “The River Bar”.
