Boundaries of the City of Manukau Altered
Pursuant to section 50 (2) of the Local Government Act 1974, the Minister of Local Government hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the City of Manukau Boundaries Alteration Notice 1978 (No. 2).
- The boundaries of the City of Manukau are hereby altered by including in the district of the City the areas described in the Schedule hereto, being land reclaimed from the Manukau Harbour.
SCHEDULE
Lot 1, D.P. 66688, situated in Block XIII, Otahuhu Survey District, and comprised in C.T. 24A/1068: area, 1492 square metres, more or less; and
Lot 1, L.T. Plan 79266, situated in Block XIII, Otahuhu Survey District, being part tidal lands of the Manukau Harbour and comprised in part C.T. 9B/1172: area, 1482 square metres, more or less.
